Important Note

Insurance coverage and return assistance are only included when purchased with the bike rental.

Insurance Coverage Includes:

1. Theft: The insurance covers theft of the bike if the provided lock is used and the bike is locked properly. To ensure coverage, keys must be returned.

2. Damage: Any damage that occurs while the bike is rented is covered by the insurance. Please keep all receipts for any repairs if you are outside the Melbourne area for reimbursement.

3. Return Assistance: If you are within 20 km of our location at 2 Rebecca Walk, we will arrange a taxi to pick up the bike and return it to our shop at no additional cost to you.
