Important Note
Insurance coverage and return assistance are only included when purchased with the bike rental.
Insurance Coverage Includes:
Theft: The insurance covers theft of the bike as long as both provided locks are used and the bike is locked correctly to a bike rack. To ensure coverage, keys must be returned. Please note that e-bikes must be kept indoors between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. for the insurance to remain valid.
Damage: Any damage that occurs while the bike is rented is covered by the insurance. Please keep all receipts for any repairs if you are outside the Melbourne area for reimbursement.
Return Assistance: If your bike breaks down within 20 km of our location at 2 Rebecca Walk, we will arrange a taxi to return both you and the bike to our shop at no additional cost.
