Important Note

Insurance coverage and return assistance are only included when purchased with the bike rental.

Insurance Coverage Includes:

  • Theft: The insurance covers theft of the bike as long as both provided locks are used and the bike is locked correctly to a bike rack. To ensure coverage, keys must be returned. Please note that e-bikes must be kept indoors between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. for the insurance to remain valid.

  • Damage: Any damage that occurs while the bike is rented is covered by the insurance. Please keep all receipts for any repairs if you are outside the Melbourne area for reimbursement.

  • Return Assistance: If your bike breaks down within 20 km of our location at 2 Rebecca Walk, we will arrange a taxi to return both you and the bike to our shop at no additional cost.
